After getting nothing from the state in 2015, the Florida Agriculture Center and Horse Park received $5 million this year which will help it finish much needed infrastructure projects and add more amenities at it moves toward self-sustainability.
This week, Gov. Rick Scott signed the state’s more than $82 billion budget, leaving the $5 million the Florida Legislature earmarked for the park. In 2015, Scott nixed $2 million for the park.
